দলীল রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি

২০১৪ সালের সরকারী আদেশ অনুসারে রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফীঃ সাধারণভাবে দলীলের উল্লেখিত মূল্যের ২%, তবে এই ফী ১০০ টাকার নিচে হবে না। বায়নানামার ক্ষেত্রে সম্পত্তির মূল্য পাঁচ লাখ টাকার মধ্যে হলে ৫০০ টাকা, পাঁচ লাখের বেশি হলে ১০০০ টাকা আর পঞ্চাশ লাখ টাকার বেশি হলে ২০০০ টাকা। নিকটাত্মীয়দের মধ্যে সম্পত্তি দান করা হলে ১০০ টাকা। বন্ধকের ক্ষেত্রে ঋণের পরিমান পাঁচ লাখ টাকার মধ্যে হলে ১% (২০০ থেকে ৫০০ টাকা), পাঁচ লাখের বেশি হলে ০.২৫% (১৫০০ থেকে ২০০০ টাকা) আর বিশ লাখ টাকার বেশি হলে ০.১০% (৩০০০ থেকে সর্বোচ্চ ৫০০০ টাকা)। সম্পত্তি বাটোয়ারার ক্ষেত্রে ৫০০ থেকে ২০০০ টাকা। ট্রাস্ট দলীলের উল্লেখিত মূল্য চার হাজার টাকার বেশি হলে ২৫০০ টাকা। দলীলে বর্ণিত সম্পত্তি বা স্বার্থের উল্লেখিত মূল্য না থাকলে ১০০ টাকা। অপ্রত্যাহারযোগ্য পাওয়ার অফ অ্যাটোর্নির ক্ষেত্রে মূল্যের ২%, তবে ১০০ টাকার কম না এবং ৪০,০০০ টাকার বেশি না। উইল, দত্তক নেয়ার ক্ষমতা এর জন্য ২০০ টাকা। দলীলের মূল্য নির্ধারণের পদ্ধতিঃ হস্তান্তর বা বিক্রির ক্ষেত্রে বিক্রয় মূল্য, দানের ক্ষেত্রে সম্পত্তির মূল্য। লিজ-এর ক্ষেত্রেঃ মেয়াদ এক বছরের কম...

“বেসরকারী বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়গুলো যে এত এত টাকা আয় করতেছে, তাদের কাছ থেকে ট্যাক্স নিলে সমস্যা কী?” সমস্যা আছে। আইন অনুযায়ী বেসরকারী বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় কোন লাভজনক কিংবা ব্যবসা প্রতিষ্ঠান না। বেসরকারী বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের কোন মালিক নেই, শেয়ারহোল্ডার নেই। প্রতিটা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় পরিচালিত হয় একটা ট্রাস্টের মাধ্যমে। টিউশন ফি থেকে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের যে আয় হয়, তা কোন মুনাফা না, বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় চালানোর কাজেই সেই টাকা ব্যয় করতে হয়। বেসরকারী বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় আইন, ২০১০ এ বলা আছেঃ “৪৪(৭) কোন বেসরকারী বিশ্ববিদ্যাল য়ের সাধারণ তহবিলের অর্থ উক্ত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যয় ব্যতীত অন্য কোন উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যয় করা যাইবে না।” সরকার আইন করে বলবে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় ব্যবসা করতে পারবে না, আবার সরকারই বাজেট করে বলবেঃ "লাভ করতেছো, ভাগ দাও", এটা কেমন কথা? “বেসরকারী বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়গুলোতে যারা পড়ে, তাদের বাপের তো অনেক টাকা! এত টাকা দিয়ে সন্তান পড়াতে পারবে, আর ট্যাক্স দিতে পারবে না?” না, কারণ বাপের টাকার উপর আগে থেকেই আয়কর ধার্য করা আছে। আর শিক্ষা তো আলু পটলের মতো পণ্য না যে টাকা যতবার হাত বদল হবে, বারবার ট্যাক্স দিয়েই যেত...

If you have the text or Microsoft word file: Open the file in Microsoft word and select the body text. change the font to Solaimanlipi . change font size to 17, change line spacing to 1.5, make the text justified, Save the file. Install and Open Calibre on your computer. Click Add book and open the Word file with Calible. Select the book and click Convert books. In Look and Feel tab, select Embed referenced fonts. Select utf-8 in input character encoding. Select Solaimanlipi in Embed font family. In Page Set up, select your ebook reader. Make other adjustments if necessary. All deaths are not equal. Some deaths deserve anniversaries to be remembered every year. Some deaths are meant to be forgotten for ever. Some deaths make a difference, inspire a revolution, frees a nation. Some deaths were necessary to maintain law and order situation. Some deaths are unacceptable, intolerable, violate every kind of law. Some deaths are just another dead body killed in the line of fire. Some deaths are heartbreaking tragedies, some deaths are mere numbers. Some deaths are all over the national news. Some deaths are incidents only the passersby saw. Some deaths cannot be denied, some deaths are only alleged. Not all deaths are equal. Some deaths count, some deaths don't.
